I’ve been lathering my face in Manuka Honey 20+ for months now. And it is a delicious miracle. Miracle. The best is an every other day mask with cinnamon, or fresh grated turmeric.

“Meraki Nomad brings together the Native tradition of turning to Mother Earth for healing & providing. Each piece is made by hand & is sourced from our Earth Mother.”
Gosh, I just LOVE love Adrienne and her sacred offerings / curation of world market goods. Everything from Meraki has a powerful story. All of it, to me, is medicine. And given how taken I was by the above mentioned docu, THIS is the kind of art that I wish to support and consume. Infusing Mother Earth’s spirit through our lives is a super must today.
My friend Caroline Z Hurley is a gorgeous designer, painter, and textule business owner. Her moto? A beautiful home is essential to human happiness. Agreeeed. Which is why when our new house is done being built, I plan to adorn it in more than one of her yummy throws and things.
There are many things that I do not miss about living in a big city, however, The Primary Essentials I miss dearly. When in BK, I lived a few blocks away, and went nearly every weekend. I once bought a moonstone evil eye stud earring, and have worn it every day to this day. I’m now dreaming of the Quarry earrings they carry — especially these and these.
